Bollards, Barriers and Rails

Production work areas, warehouses and loading bays often require bollards, barriers and rails for safety of personnel, protection of equipment and management of people, machinery or vehicle traffic in the area. NGS can design, manufacture and fit-out any factory or warehouse or loading bay whatever the size of the operation.

Bollards, rails and barriers will be manufactured according to the clients’ requirements and the safety requirements for the area. We are able to provide durable high visibility coatings and /or labelling on products in order to meet any safety requirements. These are usually included in any conveyor system design for safety and product protection.

Bespoke rails and barriers can be provided according to the clients’ requirements. These include automated bollards, parking barriers, removable posts, manual barriers for access control, height restrictors and swing gates.

Racks, Benches and Cabinets

Racks can be built into the laboratory environment for storage of clothing, shoes and other personal effects. These units are particularly useful for cleanrooms or other controlled environments where the staff pass through a changing area before entering the controlled environment. Racks and benches can be produced to any size and can be incorporated into step over bench or under a locker unit depending of the client’s requirements.

Custom-made stainless-steel benches and workstations for use in medical environments and laboratories are provided by NGS. These benches can be designed and manufactured to fit any work area and can include a wide range of added components like drawers, lockable storage, adjustable feet and automatic height control.

Secure Storage cabinets can be used in industry to ensure that valuable or dangerous tools, chemicals or components can be safely secured in a cabinet can be closed and locked at the end of the shift, to prevent access by unauthorised individuals. Secure storage also can be used for product display in the retail industry to protect valuable product against theft.

Product carts

NGS has the capability to design, prototype and manufacture product carts that meet the production line requirements whatever the industry.

These can include relatively straightforward carts for moving components around the shop-floor to high end carts for server racks and disk drives. These high-end cart racks may include cable management and wiring solutions for easy plug-in and removal of the drives or servers and can be designed and manufactured to fit any computer systems.

All our product carts are designed and developed to be robust and stable, yet easily movable. Also, the design may include wiring (electrical or network) or height adjustment and may include other features (like anti-static locking wheels).
