The fabrication and build phase are the crucial next step following the successful product design, prototyping and acceptance. This is the phase where detailed design plans are transformed into, functional products.

NGS Industrial Hardware have the in-house resources, advanced machinery and skills needed to source, adapt and fabricate the components needed to build the end product. From cable management solutions to material handling carts and sterile medical trays and baskets, we apply these skills and experience to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy in  order to meet design requirements.

During the build phase, the focus moves to assembly and finishing. Each component is skillfully joined to create the final product.

NGS Products is certified to the ISO9001: 2008 standard by the National Quality Association of Ireland (NQA). This standard certifies that NGS Products LTD maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that applies best practice processes and procedures to business.

The quality system includes processes for dealing with Customer Queries, Corrective or Preventative actions, Calibration, Drawing control, Audit and other essential business processes.

Our Quality Assurance System is an integral part of our the way that we work. We are an ISO9001 accredited company and quality system training is provided to all employees.
